摘  要:当前,我国城市地铁盾构隧道修建技术日益成熟,但施工过程中仍存在地层复杂、爆破振动过大等施工难题。本文以厦门市地铁3号线本岛至翔安过海通道工程五缘湾站~刘五店站盾构区间工程为例,通过利用深孔爆破分段间隔装药技术,对地铁盾构隧道施工中遇到的基岩突起(高强度岩体),提前进行爆破预处理。现场实测数据结果表明:此方法能够有效降低爆破振动,爆破效果会更好,该技术对今后国内类似爆破工程的施工提供一定的参考和借鉴。At present,the construction technology of urban metro shield tunnels is becoming more and more mature in China,but there are still construction problems such as complicated stratum and excessive blasting vibration during the construction process.This paper takes the shield tunnel section of Wuyuan Bay Station^Liuwudian Station of the Island to Xiang'an Cross-sea channel Tunnel Project of Xiamen Metro Line 3 as an example,by using the deep hole blasting segmented interval charging technology,the blasting pretreatment is carried out in advance for the bedrock protrusions(high-strength bedrock)encountered in the construction of the subway shield tunnel.The results of field test data show that this method can effectively reduce the blasting vibration,and the blasting effect will be better.In the future,this technology will provide some reference for the construction of similar blasting projects in china.
