摘 要:[目的]研究MTP基因在朗德鹅体组织中的表达量及填饲后的变化。[方法]采用RT-PCR方法,以朗德鹅为研究材料,研究了1、10、13、14和16周龄朗德鹅肝脏、小肠、脑、胸肌、腹肌、腹脂、皮脂和心肌组织以及填饲后肝脏与小肠组织中MTP基因的表达量。[结果]1周龄,MTP基因仅在朗德鹅小肠组织中表达;10周龄,除在肝脏和小肠组织中外,首次发现MTP基因在朗德鹅脑组织中也有表达;MTP基因在肝脏和小肠中的表达量随周龄的增加呈逐步上升的趋势(P<0.05); 1~13周龄,MTP基因在朗德鹅小肠中的表达量高于肝脏;14~16周龄,MTP基因在朗德鹅小肠中的表达量低于肝脏;填饲后MTP基因在朗德鹅肝组织中的表达量降低,而MTP基因在小肠组织中的表达量升高。[结论]MTP基因在朗德鹅脂肪沉积和转运过程中具有极重要的调控作用。[Objective]To study the expression quantity changes of MTP gene in various tissues of Landes goose and their changes after forced feeding.[Method]With Landes goose as experimental materials,the expression quantity of MTP gene in the liver,small intestine,brain,breast muscle,abdominal muscle,abdominal fat,sebum and heart of Landes geese at the 1^st,10^th,13^th,14^th and 16^th week-age and that in the liver and small intestine after forced feeding were studied.[Result]The expression of MTP gene was only detected in the small intestine of Landes geese at 1-week-old.At 10-week-age,the expression of MTP gene was firstly discovered in the brain tissues of Landes geese except in the liver and small intestine.The expression quantity of MTP gene in the liver and small intestine gradually increased with the increase of week-age (P<0.05).From 1-week-age to 13-week-age,the expression quantity of MTP gene in small intestine of Landes geese was higher than that in the liver;From 13-week-age to 16-week-age,the expression quantity of MTP gene in small intestine of Landes geese was lower than that in the liver.After forced feeding,the expression quantity of MTP gene in the liver of Landes geese decreased,but that in the small intestine increased.[Conclusion]MTP gene plays a very important role in the fat deposition and transfer process of Landes geese.
