体育运动领导理论的起源与发展——从特质理论到变革型领导理论的应用

摘　　要：为了深入了解国内外体育运动领导的起源与发展状况,以中国知网、Google学术、WOS数据库、Ebsco数据库、研究之门等数据库为数据源,通过关键词检索,获取1900—2017年相关数据。将国内按照研究内容区分,国外按照研究理论区分,对体育运动领导理论应用研究起源与发展进行梳理。研究结果发现:1)我国对于体育运动中领导理论的应用研究主要基于多维领导模型,少数学者开始关注并应用变革型领导理论进行研究; 2)国外体育运动中领导理论的研究不断创新,领导理论体系逐渐丰富,使得运动领导领域边界越来越清晰。研究最后还对国内外"项目特点"与"理论共性"之争,我国"万能理论误区"两个问题进行了讨论,认为该领域中理论构建与实证检验,结合项目特征应用是我国未来研究的方向。In order to gain a better understanding of the origin and development of leadership theory in sport both at home and abroad,we use the database of CNKI,Google academic,WOS,Ebsco,ResearchGate as the data source to get the relevant literatures from 1900 to now.Domestic researches devided them based on the content of the study,foreign research in accordance with the study of theoretical distinction,and the application of leadership theory in sport summarized.It has been concluded that 1)China's application of leadership theory in sports is mainly based on the multidimensional leadership model,and few scholars begin to pay attention to it and apply the theory of transformational leadership to study.2)The foreign's is constantly innovating,and the leadership theory system in sport is gradually rich,making the boundary of sports leadership more and more distinctive.At the end of this study,we also discussed the two issues of"sport feature"and"common theory",and"a theory is all"phenmenon given the prospect of China's research direction in the field of leadership in sport.
