摘  要:为了搭建一台小型化、智能化、高效率的直流高压电源,设计以DSP作为控制器的逆变系统。首先在硬件主电路部分采用IGBT搭建了全桥逆变电路,并对RCD限幅钳位型缓冲吸收电路和电源的控制回路进行设计;简单介绍非对称规则采样法产生SPWM的原理,详细分析单极性SPWM在逆变电路中的工作过程;重点介绍SPWM在DSP中的产生方法和程序设计,并根据程序设计流程在CCS中编写了相应程序,实现了频率为20 kHz的SPWM输出。经实验表明整个系统能够稳定工作。An inverter system taking the DSP as the controller is designed to build a miniaturized,intelligent and high-efficient DC high-voltage power supply.The full bridge inverter circuit is built by using the IGBT in the main circuit part of hardware.The RCD amplitude-limited clamping buffer absorbing circuit and control loop of the power supply are designed.The principle of SPWM generation using the asymmetry regular sampling method is briefly introduced.The working process of the unipolar SPWM in the inverter circuit is analyzed in detail.The generation method and program design of SPWM in the DSP are emphatically introduced.The corresponding program is written in the CCS according to the program design process.The SPWM out-put with a frequency of 20 kHz is realized.The experimental results show that the whole system can work steadily.
