摘  要:京张高铁官厅水库特大桥两侧边孔设计成32m简支钢-混组合梁,模拟高速铁路常用跨度抢修梁设计。该结合梁与高速铁路常用跨度32m双线预应力混凝土箱梁截面高度、宽度相同,设计为双箱单室截面。钢结构部分采用工厂分块加工,运至现场后采用履带吊机原位支架拼装。分块连接采用栓焊结合的方式,顶面板采用焊接连接,其余部分连接采用栓接。钢筋混凝土桥面板采用现场浇注法施工。2孔32m钢-混组合梁用时1个月架设完成。The spans on the two sides of Guanting Reservoir Bridge are composed of the 32 m-long simply-supported steel-concrete composite beams,which model the design of the common-length repair beams used to high-speed railway.The cross section depth and width of the composite beam are the same as those of the 32 m-long commonly-used prestressed concrete box beam that carry two tracks.The composite beam is designed as the single cell twin-box section.The steel components were fabricated in the factory block by block,and transported to the bridge site to be lifted onto the scaffoldings and assembled into position by the crawler crane.The blocks were connected by combined use of bolting and welding.The top plates were connected by welding and the remaining components were bolted together.The reinforced concrete deck was cast in situ.The installation of two spans of 32 m-long steel-concrete composite girder took a month.
