蝮龙抗栓丸联合降脂片治疗痰瘀互结型缺血性中风的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察蝮龙抗栓丸联合降脂片治疗痰瘀互结型缺血性中风的临床效果。方法 60例痰瘀互结型缺血性中风患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察1组与观察2组,各30例。两组均采用抗凝、营养脑细胞、降压、降糖等常规治疗。在此基础上观察1组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察2组采用服蝮龙抗栓丸联合降脂片治疗。比较两组患者安全性、BI指数、血清总胆固醇水平及治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察1组6例患者出现肝肾功能异常,观察2组无患者出现肝肾功能异常,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗第12天,观察2组BI指数(76.58±6.34)高于观察1组的(71.08±8.22),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察2组总有效率96.67%高于观察1组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蝮龙抗栓丸联合降脂片治疗痰瘀互结型缺血性中风具有疗效确切,安全性高的优势。Objective To observe the effect of Fulong Kangshuan pill combined with Jiangzhi tablet in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type of ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 60 patients with phlegmblood stasis type of ischemic apoplexy were divided by random number table method into observation group 1 and observation group 2,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional therapy of anticoagulant,nutritional brain cells,blood pressure,hypotensive and hypoglycemic according to the condition of the disease.Observation group 1 also received oral administration of atorvastatin,and the observation group 2 also received oral administration of Fulong Kangshuan pill combined with Jiangzhi tablet.The safety,BI index,serum total cholesterol level and treatment effect between the two groups.Results After treatment,observation group 1 had 6 cases of cases of liver and kidney dysfunction,and the observation group 2 had no case of liver and kidney dysfunction.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 day of treatment,observation group 2 had higher BI index as(76.58±6.34 than(71.08±8.22)in observation group 1,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group 2 had higher total effective rate as 96.67%than 80.00%in observation group 1,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Fulong Kangshuan pill and Jiangzhi tablet has advantages of affirmative efficacy and high safety in treating phlegm and blood stasis type of ischemic stroke.
