摘　　要：针对油气田地面系统规模庞大、结构复杂的特点,中国石油所属油气田公司开展了系统优化简化、标准化设计、完整性管理、优化运行、技术攻关等提质增效工作,取得了显著成效,降低了投资与生产成本。加强地面生产系统管理,促进系统提质增效,是实现油田效益开发、建设绿色矿山、引领创新发展的必然手段,为此,应着力做好对标分析、地面工艺简化、整体系统优化、生产运行优化、完整性管理、精益生产、产品增值、绿色矿山建设、技术攻关等方面工作,实现老油田有效稳产和天然气快速上产,助力上游业务高质量发展。In view of the large scale and complex structure of oil and gas field surface system,Petro-China-owned oil and gas field companies have carried out quality improvement and efficiency improvement work,such as system optimization and simplification,standardization design,integrity manage-ment,optimization of operation and technical tackling,achieved remarkable results and reduced investment and production costs.Strengthening the management of surface production system and promoting the quality and efficiency of the system are the necessary means to realize the benefit development of oilfields,build green mines and lead innovative development.Therefore,we should focus on work about benchmarking analysis,simplifying surface technology,optimizing the system and production operation,integrity management,lean production,product value-added and so on.By doing so,old oilfields can achieve effective and stable production and rapid production of natural gas,and the upstream business can develop with high quality.
