摘  要:当油田采用聚合物驱手段增产或采用压裂液进行页岩压裂时,返出的聚合物废水会对膜分离系统造成严重的污染,目前仍未找到行之有效的解决方案。采用相转化法制备聚醚砜(PES)超滤膜,研究一种支化嵌段聚醚(PePE)作为改性剂在含聚污水处理中对膜性能的影响。结果表明,聚醚的加量对膜的抗污染性能具有显著影响,在加量占聚醚砜质量10%时,抗污染性能最好;PePE的加入可以有效提高水处理通量和膜抗污染性能,与商品嵌段聚醚F127相比,其通量回复率从61.7%提高到88.9%,且对污染物的截留能力相当。用扫描电子显微镜、衰减全反射红外光谱和接触角等表征手段对膜进行了表征,结果表明,两种聚醚添加剂并未使膜表面分离皮层形貌和表面亲水性出现显著区别,与亲水性相比添加剂的结构对抗污染性能的影响更为显著。When polymer flooding and fracturing liquid are employed to increase production and shale fracturing is carried out through fracturing liquid by oilfields,the produced polymer-containing sewage will bring about serious pollution to the membrane separation system,which has no available solution at present.The polyethersulfone(PES)ultra-filtration membrane is prepared by the phase inversion method.The influence of a branched block polyether(PePE)as a modifier on membrane performance is studied to be used in the treatment of polymer-containing sewage.The result shows that the dosage of polyether has significant influence on the anti-pollution performance of membranes,and when the dosage accounts for 10%of the mass of polyethersulfone,the anti-pollution performance is the best.The addition of PePE can effectively improve the flux of water treatment and the anti-pollution performance of membranes.Compared with the commercial block polyether F127,its flux recovery ratio is increased from 61.7%to 88.9%,and its interception capacity of pollutants is equivalent to F127.The membrane is characterized by characterization methods such as SEM,ATR-FTIR and the contact angle.Results show that there is no obvious difference in the separation layer and the surface hydrophilici-ty between the membranes with the two polyether additives,and the influence the structure of the additive is more obvious on the anti-pollution performance.
