摘  要:为了解决现有油气管道无外电阀室通信设备间的保温和防水防潮问题,设计了一种新型零能耗设备间。该设备间利用金属良好的导热性能,保证无外电地区通信设备间内设备工作温度(-5~45℃)和防水防潮要求,不需要配置空调,不需要引接交流外电源,零能耗,可节省大量能源;而且设备间腔体为焊接式罐体,各连接部分密封良好,能很好地解决设备间防水防潮的要求;同时,由于该设备间为工厂整体定制,安装周期短,可大幅减少现场施工量和施工周期。In order to solve the heat preservation,water-proof and moisture-proof problems in existing communications equipment rooms in the valve box with no external power for oil and gas pipelines,a new type of zero-energy consumption equipment room is designed. The equipment room utilizes the good thermal conductivity of metal to ensure the equipment working temperature(-5^+45 ℃)and water-proof and moisture-proof requirements of the communication equipment room in no external power areas. The room needs no air conditioner and no AC power supplying. It is of zero-power consumption and can save lots of energy. Moreover, the chamber is a welded tank, and the connection parts are well sealed, which can meet the requirements of water-proof and moisture-proof well.At the same time,as the room is completely factory-made,its installation period is short,and so the field construction quantity and construction cycle can be greatly reduced.
