维持性血液净化患者的心理状况和护理对策探讨

摘　　要：目的:探究维持性血液净化患者的心理状况和护理对策。方法:收治进行维持性血液净化的患者80例,平分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上采用心理干预,分析两种护理方式干预前后患者心理状态及护理满意度。结果:干预后研究组患者的SDS、SAS评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者护理方式的护理满意度(95.0%)显著优于对照组(62.5%)(P<0.05)。结论:根据不同患者的心理状况,制定不同的护理对策,通过心理护理干预,对患者的心理状况进行疏导、陪伴和鼓励,有效缓解了患者的不良情绪,改善了患者的身心健康,提高了患者的生活质量和治疗效果。Objective:To explore the psychological status and nursing countermeasures of patients with maintenance blood purification.Methods:80 patients who underwent maintenance blood purification were divided equally into the two groups,the control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing,we analyzed psychological status and nursing satisfaction of patients before and after intervention of two nursing methods.Results:The SDS and SAS scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.0%higher than that of the control group(62.5%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the psychological status of different patients,different nursing strategies were formulated,through the intervention of psychological nursing,counseling,accompanying and encouraging the patients'psychological status can effectively alleviate the patients'bad mood,improve their physical and mental health,and improve their quality of life and therapeutic effect.
