摘 要:汽车在怠速工况下,存在异常抖动,严重影响驾乘舒适性。针对该问题,对车辆的振动特性和发动机燃烧特性进行了全面测试。综合利用时域分析、频谱分析和阶次分析相结合的方法来识别异常抖动原因。研究表明,0.5阶异常抖动原因来自于发动机激励,问题车辆的发动机燃烧稳定性较差,其中的第三缸燃烧不充分,是整车0.5阶异常抖动的原因。建议通过发动机标定或结构优化来改善该问题。The abnormal shake of the automobile under idle condition affects the driving comfort.The vehicle vibration and burning behavior of the engine are tested and analyzed.Then the time domain analysis,spectral analysis and order analysis are used to identify the source of the shake.The study reveals some conclusions.The abnormal shake of 0.5th order is caused by the engine excitation.The engine burning stability of automobile with this problem is quite bad.The incomplete burning of the third cylinder of the engine is the reason of the 0.5th order shake.It is advised that the calibration and structural optimization of the engine be used to improve this problem.
