基于ELES模型的晋南农村居民消费结构分析

摘　　要：以农村居民为研究对象,通过选取2011-2016年山西省晋北、晋中、晋南三个区域的农村居民人均收入、消费支出和消费结构数据,进行对比分析,结果表明三区域间农村经济发展水平存在较大差异,消费结构有待进一步改善;利用晋南农村居民人均收入和消费支出数据,测算出边际消费倾向和需求收入弹性,并以此为基础进行ELES模型分析,结果表明晋南农村居民主要以居住和文教娱乐为消费热点。提出了促进晋南农村居民消费结构的合理化,要从稳定农民收入、改进农村基础设施、完善社会保障制度等可行性建议。Taking rural residents as the research object,by comparing the per capita income,consumption expenditure and consumption structure data of rural residents in Jinbei,Jinzhong and Jinnan in Shanxi Province from 2011 to 2016,the comparative analysis shows that the rural economy in the three regions.There is a big difference in the level of development,and the consumption structure needs to be further improved.Using the data of per capita income and consumption expenditure of rural residents in Jinnan,the marginal propensity to consume and the elasticity of demand and income are measured,and the ELES model is analyzed based on this.Residents mainly use residential and cultural and educational entertainment as a hot spot for consumption.It is proposed to promote the rationalization of the consumption structure of rural residents in Jinnan,and to make feasible proposals such as stabilizing farmers’income,improving rural infrastructure,and improving the social security system.
