摘　　要：目的:了解上海市社区非中医医师对中医药知识与技能培训的需求,提出今后的培训建议。方法:采取网络自填式问卷调查,运用SPSS统计软件进行统计分析。结果:79.4%的医师对培训有需求,71.3%的医师希望半脱产培训,72.1%的医师希望工作日白天培训,53.1%的医师希望主讲教师是正高职称,66.6%的医师希望主讲教师是研究生学历。对7大板块培训内容的需求均高于74.8%,不同类别医师对中医基础、社区常见中成药的合理使用、针灸推拿概论、中医适宜技术以及社区常见病的中西医结合治疗5大板块内容的需求有统计学差异(P<0.001)。结论:以需求为导向,精心挑选教师,合理安排培训时间,采取混合教学模式。Objective:To understand the training demands of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)knowledge and technique for community physicians of Western Medicine in Shanghai,and to propose corresponding strategy.Methods:We surveyed through self-administrated network questionnaire,and analyzed the data by SPSS statistical software.Results:79.4%of community physicians demanded training.Proportion of hoping half-time training,daytime training,teachers with high professional title and postgraduate degree was 71.3%,72.1%,53.1%and 66.6%,respectively.Demands for seven facets contents were all exceeded 74.8%.The five facets contents(fundamental TCM,proper use of0x0E0xFF0xF00xFF倓0x030x0Fcommunity common proprietary Chinese medicine,introduction to Acumox and Tuina,appropriate technology of TCM&treatment of integrative Chinese and Western medicine for community common diseases)had statistic significance among different types of physicians(P<0.001).Conclusion:Taking the demand as guide,we should select teachers carefully,arrange training time reasonably,and adopt blended teaching mode.
