精准医学时代医院质量建设的思考

摘　　要：精准医学将带来了一场变革,医院的质量建设也将随之发生深刻的变化。本文通过对精准医学时代医院质量建设发展趋势进行分析,认为医院管理机制、诊疗服务体系、医务人员素质、医疗信息安全等四个方面在精准医学时代首当其冲,面临新的挑战。医院管理者应从促进合理医疗、优化学科布局、搭建数据平台、健全创新机制四个方面探讨精准医学时代医院质量建设的应对策略。The precision medicine will bring about a revolution,and the connotation of hospital quality construction will undergo profound changes.The paper analyzes the developmental trend of hospital quality construction in the era of precision medicine and elaborates what's required in this new age from the aspects of hospital management mechanism,the medical service system,medical staff quality and information security.It discusses the countermeasures of hospital quality construction through promoting rational medical care,optimizing the layout of disciplines,building date platform and perfecting the innovation mechanism.
