摘 要:目的:对样本医院各临床科室进行专科能力评估,为医院管理部门推进专科建设提供依据。方法:运用文献研究法、实地调研法、专家咨询法及倍差率统计法进行分析。结果:样本医院心血管内科、普通外科、耳鼻咽喉中心分别位列内科片区、外科片区、专科片区首位,外科片区排名整体优于内科片区和专科片区。医疗质量指标总得分率高于其他指标,评估结果与临床实际相符。结论:指标体系有一定合理性,可作为医院合理调整专科布局、分配医疗资源的依据;科室可根据评估结果有针对性地改善指标,提升专科水平。Objective:To evaluate the specialized ability of clinical departments in the sample hospital.so as to provide the bases for management department to enhance special departments'construction.Methods:Literature research method,on-the-spot investigation,expert demonstration and double rate statistical method were used to analyze the data.Results:The scores of cardiovascular department,general surgery and otorhinolaryngology in the sample hospital were top score in the internal medicine,surgery and specialty sections,and the overall ranking of surgery was better than that in the internal medicine and the specialty sections.The overall score of medical quality index is higher than other indexes.The results of the assessment are in accordance with the clinical practice.Conclusion:The index system has certain rationality,and the hospital can adjustments the specialist layouts and distribution of medical resources reasonably based on it.According to the evaluation results,the department level can be targeted to improve the indicators and enhance the level of specialized ability.
