摘　　要：介绍了WSA工艺在烷基化废酸再生中的应用。装置运行稳定,产品硫酸品质优良,装置的尾气经碱洗后SO_2及酸雾浓度均低于保证值与当地排放标准。装置的热利用率较高,大部分以高压蒸汽的形式回收,蒸汽产量与能耗优于保证值。在装置运行过程中需注意焚烧炉、余热锅炉及除尘器的维护保养。The application of WSA process in the regeneration of spent alkylation acid is introduced.The operation of the plant is stable and the quality of sulphuric acid is excellent.The concentration of SO2 and acid mist in the tail gas of the plant after alkali washing is lower than the guaranteed value and the local discharge standard.The heat utilization rate of the device is high,most of which are recovered in the form of high-pressure steam.The steam output and energy consumption are better than the guaranteed value.The maintenance of incinerators,waste heat boilers and dust collectors should be paid attention to during the operation of the plant.
