摘  要:目的研究络合剂PVP-K30对聚维酮碘杀菌效果的影响和效果改进。方法采用两种来源的络合剂,以相同方法与碘粉络合,配制聚维酮碘A、B,并选择效果较好的络合剂配方,加入碘酸钾增效,制备聚维酮碘C。对3种聚维酮碘以金黄色葡萄球菌进行悬液定量杀菌试验,并测定3种配方的pH和稳定性。结果原液对含3%牛血清白蛋白菌悬液中的金黄色葡萄球菌作用3min,聚维酮碘A的杀灭对数值>5.00,聚维酮碘B的杀灭对数值仅为2.31;聚维酮碘C原液作用0.5min对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值>5.00。A、B、C配方聚维酮碘的pH值分别为3.4、3.4、4.0;54℃存放14天后,有效碘下降率分别为12.10%、21.43%、7.86%;37℃存放3个月的有效碘下降率分别为10.54%、17.79%、5.29%。结论络合剂对聚维酮碘的金黄色葡萄球菌杀菌效果有影响,碘酸钾对聚维酮碘具有增效作用。Objective To study the effect of complex agent PVP-K30 on germicidal efficacy of povidone-iodine and its improvement. Methods Two kinds of complexing agents were used to complex with iodine powder by the same method to prepare povidone-iodine solution A and B;the complexing agent formula with better effect was selected, then potassium iodate was added synergistically to prepare povidone-iodine solution C. The suspension quantitative bactericidal test was conducted using above 3 povidone-iodine solutions for sterilization of Staphylococcus aureus;the pH and stability of the 3 formulations were determined. Results Three solutions were applied to Staphylococcus aureus containing 3% bovine serum albumin suspension for 3 min, the killing logarithm of povidone iodine A was > 5.00, and the killing logarithm of povidone iodine B was only 2.31. The killing logarithm of the povidone iodine C solution for 0.5 min treatment against Staphylococcus aureus was >5.00. The pH values of 3 povidone-iodine solutions A, B and C were 3.4, 3.4 and 4.0 respectively. After 14 d storage at 54 ℃, the effective iodine reduction rates were 12.10%, 21.43% and 7.86%, respectively. After storage at 37 ℃ for 3 months, the effective iodine reduction rates were 10.54%, 17.79% and 5.29%, respectively. Conclusion The complexing agent has an effect on the bactericidal efficiency of povidone-iodine for Staphylococcus aureus . Potassium iodate has a synergistic effect on povidone-iodine.
