摘  要:研究了Cr12MoV钢的强韧化处理工艺。采用预先热处理+最终热处理的工艺,观察Cr12MoV钢的材料组织及力学性能,结果表明:经过预先热处理后组织中的碳化物得以球化,多呈细小的短棒状弥散分布;同时材料的韧性也有了一定的提高。采用双重固溶球化+1030℃淬火+400℃/260℃回火工艺可有效改善碳化物的形貌及分布,提高了材料的强韧性。The strengthening and toughening treatment process of Cr12MoV steel has been studied in the text.Through pre-heat treatment and final heat treatment process,the microstructure and mechanical properties of the material have been observed.The results show that the carbides in the microstructure have been spheroidized after pre-heat treatment most of which is in thin and short rod-like dispersion distribution.At the same time,the toughness of the material has also improved.The morphology and distribution of carbides have been effectively improved by use of double solid solution spheroidization 1030℃ quenching and 400℃/260℃ tempering process.Thus in this way,the toughness of the material has been improved.
