摘　　要：[目的]系统梳理我国药品价格管理领域存在的问题,通过确认问题、理顺问题间的关系,为我国药品价格改革提供决策支持。[方法]检索CNKI期刊全文数据库2008-2017年收录的相关文献,摘录文献对药品价格管理问题的描述,形成问题清单,并基于卫生系统宏观模型形成问题系统。[结果]我国药品价格管理领域主要存在27类问题,其中结构层17个,过程层5个,结果层5个,外部宏观环境层4个。[结论]整个药品价格管理问题系统按照"结构-过程-结果"的逻辑关系相互影响,同时又与外部环境相互作用。如何理顺体制、完善机制将是后续药价管理改革的重心和难点。Objective Systemic pectination of the problems drug price management in China through confirming the problems and straighten out the relationship of problems so as to provide decision support for drug price reform.Methods It searched the literatures which were recorded in the CNKI periodical full-textdatabase from 2008 to 2017.Excerpted the describe of literatures to drug price management,formed issue list,and formed problem system based on macro model of health system.Results There were 27 types of problems in the field of drug price management,including 17 structural problems,5 process-level problems,5 result-level problems,and 4 external macro-environmental problems.Conclusions The problem system of drug price management interacts effect according to logical relationship of “structure-process-result”,and also interacts with external environment.How to straighten out and perfect the mechanism will be the core and difficulty in follow-up drug price management reform.
