摘　　要：通过文献梳理,归纳总结了大数据在医院管理中的应用,主要体现在以下几个方面:医疗体制改革评估监测、医疗技术评价管理、医院风险管理、成本控制和绩效管理,并运用SWOT分析法,通过分析大数据在医院管理应用中所面临的内部优势、劣势,外部机会和威胁,提出相应对策建议,以期为现代医院管理提供参考。Through literature review,summarizing the application of big data in hospital management which is mainly reflected in the following aspects such as assessment and monitoring of medical system reform,evaluation and management of medical technology,management of hospital risk,cost control and risk management.This paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze faced internal advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and threats by big data in hospital management applications,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide decision support for current hospital management.
