摘 要:近年来,感应加热技术日趋成熟,应用日益广泛。异相式感应加热电源是根据硬件电路参数在Simulink中建立电源系统的仿真模型,并获得仿真结果,然后以DSP作为主控芯片,建立样机并进行调试。结果表明:在感应加热过程中进行异相调功是可行的。In recent years,induction heating technology is coming riper day by day,and its applications are increasingly extensive.The phase-shifting type of power supply used in induction heating substantially is that a simulation model of power system is built in Simulink which is predicated on a hardware parameters,and thereby the simulated results are obtained.Subsequently,taking DSP as a main control chip the experimental prototype is built and debugged.The results showed that the power may be regulated by the phase shift circuit during induction heating.
