摘  要:根据需要,采用摩擦焊工艺将非调质F40MnV钢活塞杆与45钢耳环焊接在一起,发现焊缝中靠近活塞杆的部位有白亮色带状组织。金相分析表明:这种白色组织为贝氏体,而正常的组织为珠光体和铁素体,这是由于成分偏析和焊接后冷却过快所致。提出了相应的预防措施,效果良好。It was necessary that non-quenched and tempered F40MnV steel piston rod and 45 steel ear were welded together by a friction welding technology.It was found that,however,a type of white banded structure rather than normal pearlite and ferrite was present in area near piston rod in weld.From metallographic teats it was seen that this white microstructure was bainite,and stemmed from composition segregation and excessively rapid cooling after welding.Some appropriate precautions have been put forward with good results.
