连续油管安全高效安装方法的探索与实践

摘　　要：连续油管技术以效率高,成本低的特点在国内外得到广泛应用,但常规的连续油管穿管程序过于繁琐,导致注入头安装液压管线、安装井下工具等环节工作受到连带影响,现场安装劳动效率较低。针对连续油管穿管程序繁琐、效率低的现状,提出了采用绞车系统地面穿管的新方法,并针对注入头液压管线安装、井下工具安装等环节提出了地面安装液压管线和地面安装井下工具连接器的改进措施,进行了具体的设备改造、工具开发及作业实践,在确保现场作业施工质量的同时,实现了连续油管安装的安全性和高效性。Coiled tubbingtechnique with high efficiency and low cost is widely used at home and abroad,then the routine procedure of infixing coiled tubing is too tedious,result in the installation of injector hydraulic pipeline and the installation of downhole tools affected by jointly and severally,on-site installation labor efficiency is low.Aiming at the present situation that the procedure of inserting coiled tubing complexity and low efficiency,put forward a new method of using winch system on the ground to insert coiled tubing,in the meanwhile,aiming at hydraulic pipeline installation of injector and installation of downhole tools,put forward improvement measures of installing hydraulic pipeline and downhole tools connectors on the ground,specific equipment modification,tool development and operation practice were carried out,while ensuring the quality of site constructiion,realize the coiled tubing installation security and highefficiency.
