经穴推拿治疗在鼻部术后疼痛护理的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨经穴推拿缓解鼻部手术后胀痛的效果,并总结护理经验。方法将60例鼻部手术后疼痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组术后进行常规护理,疼痛时遵医嘱给予局部冷敷;治疗组在常规护理基础上,出现疼痛时采用经穴推拿按摩进行中医操作干预,观察患者疼痛症状的减轻效果。结果治疗组患者行鼻部手术后疼痛明显轻于对照组,2组对比,差异有统计学意义。结论经穴推拿能有效减轻鼻部手术填塞后的胀痛。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage to relieve pain after nasal surgery and summarize nursing experience. Methods 60 patients with pain after nasal surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group had 30 cases. In the control group, routine nursing was performed, and local cold was given when pain was prescribed. On the basis of routine nursing, the treatment group used acupuncture massage for TCM operation intervention. The effect of pain symptom relief was observed. Results The pain after nasal surgery in the treatment group was significantly lighter than that in the control group, and difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The acupoint massage can effectively reduce the swelling pain after nasal surgery.
