大学生自我认知对职业发展的影响

摘　　要：正确的自我认知,能够引导大学生以积极健康的心态面对生活与学习。大学阶段,学生思维趋于成熟和完善,开始全面认知自我,探寻价值观和职业观等问题,并将内在自我和外在现实联系起来,形成统一稳定的生存方式。因此,高校应引导大学生进行正确的自我认识,从而明确自我价值。同时,通过提高对专业测评软件的应用,完善职业规划教育体系,帮助大学生建立良好的自我认知水平,进而增强职业规划能力,促进职业发展。The correct self-cognition can guide college students to face life and learning with a positive and healthy attitude.At the university stage,the students tend to mature and perfect.They begin to fully recognize themselves,explore themselves value and career view,and link the inner self with the external reality to form a unified and stable way of survival.Therefore,colleges and universities should guide students to make correct self-cognition so as to clarify their self-worth.At the same time,it can improve the application of professional evaluation software and the vocational planning education system,help college students to establish a good level of self-awareness,and then enhance the career planning ability and promoting career development.
