摘　　要：本文对机械专业进行定位,确定了人才培养目标,形成了适应社会发展的办学理念,设置了新的理论和实践课程体系,并建议把培养学生与培养教师相结合,以达到培养适应社会发展的高技术应用能力及自主创新人才的目标。In the paper,machinery professional is localized.Subject of personnel training is established.Educational philosophy adapting to the social development is formed.New curriculum system for theory and practice is established.It is suggested that training students combined with training teachers can achieve the goal of training high technology talent owning ability of application and independent innovation and adapt to the development of the society.
