摘　　要：对住院医嘱前置审核流程进行现状分析,对业务流程进行梳理。系统中的合理用药辅助决策、医嘱合并审核、医嘱点评等功能提高了医嘱审核的可信度,有利于医生和药师之间的有效沟通,确保了住院患者的用药安全。This paper analyzed the status quo of the pre-audit process of inpatient orders and sorted out the business process.The system's rational drug-assisted decision making,medical order review,medical advice and other functions improved the credibility of the medical examination,which was conducive to effective communication between doctors and pharmacists,ensuring the medication safety of inpatients.
