摘　　要：病理检查的闭环管理在提升病理工作效率的同时,可以更好地保障患者信息安全。以HIMSS EMRAM 7级标准为改造依据,实现了病理申请单电子记录、标本签收登记、病历诊断流程全面管理、病例报告在线查阅与打印、病理报告归档等功能,在确保患者信息安全的同时,也提升了临床医生的诊治效率。The closed-loop management of pathological examination can especially improve the medical information safety of patients while improving the efficiency of pathological work.Based on the HIMSS EMRAM7 standard,the pathology application form electronic record,specimen signing registration,medical record diagnosis process management,case report online review and printing,pathology report filing etc.were realized,which improves the patient's medical information security and the clinician's diagnosis and treatment efficiency.
