摘　　要：基于IT基础架构库(ITIL)理论,利用信息化手段维护医院各业务系统,可实现人员与项目以及硬件设备维修等集中管理。同时,运维管理系统可提高日常工作效率,促进科室精细化管理,可对维修情况进行汇总分析,并能进行满意度评价,建立评价的量化指标。Based on the IT Infrastructure Library(ITIL)theory,the information technology was used to achieve centralized management of hospital business systems,personnel and project management,hardware equipment maintenance.The operation and maintenance management system can improve the daily work efficiency,promote the refined management of the department,and conduct a summary analysis of the maintenance situation of the visiting team.At the same time,the satisfaction evaluation can be carried out and the quantitative indicators of the evaluation can be established.
