摘　　要：应用办公自动化(OA)系统,可在OA公告栏发布感控信息,设置医院感染督查结果反馈流程,设置消毒剂准入审批流程,设置院感处专属文件柜上传感控资料以及医院感染管理法规及知识在线考试。借助OA系统可使院感督查结果反馈流程在15天内完成,医院感染漏报率也从8.5%降低至2.58%,提高了医院感染管理工作效率和质量。By using office automation(OA)system,sensory control information can be released on the OA bulletin board,sensory control data on the exclusive file cabinet of the hospital office can be set up,the monitoring result feedback process of nosocomial infection can be set up,the disinfectant access approval process can be set up,as well as the regulations and knowledge online examination of nosocomial infection management.With the help of OA system,the feedback process of nosocomial surveillance results was completed in an average of 15 days,and the false alarm rate of nosocomial infection was reduced from 8.5%to 2.58%,thus improving the efficiency and quality of nosocomial infection management.
