产业结构变迁对经济增长质量的影响效应——基于成渝经济区全要素生产率贡献的分析

摘　　要：为了明确产业结构变迁对经济增长质量的影响效应,以成渝经济区为研究对象,基于全要素生产率(TFP)贡献视角,利用劳动力份额和产值变化分别构建比较静态和跨期动态产业结构变迁指标,借助STATA 13. 1统计软件,采用动态面板广义矩估计等定量方法研究2000—2017年成渝经济区经济增长中的产业结构变迁效应。结果表明:在成渝经济区经济增长和质量提升过程中,比较静态和跨期动态的产业结构变迁均呈现出显著的结构效应,且存在着长期稳定的关系;经济增长不同时段的产业结构变迁效应存在显著差异,且结构效应逐渐由劳动力转移为主向以技术等其他要素转移为主变迁。There has been a shift from high growth to high quality in terms of the development of China’s economy,a process witnessing the critical period of development mode change,economic structure optimization,and growth force transformation.Aimed at clarifying the effect of industrial structure change on the quality of economic growth,this article constructed the indexes of comparative static and inter-temporal dynamic industrial structure change by analyzing labor share and the change of output value respectively.From the perspective of TFP contribution,this research took Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone as the research object,based on the statistical software STATA 13.1,the effects of industrial structure change in the economic growth of the economic zone were investigated through quantitative research means and dynamic panel GMM method.The results show that the industrial structure changes do play a structurally positive effect in promoting the economic growth and improving its quality,the two of which are found to maintain a long-term,stable relationship.There are significant differences in industrial structure changes during different periods of economic growth.Notably,the analysis on structural effect reveals a gradual shift from labor-oriented transfer to other elements-oriented transfer,which is typically represented by technology.
