摘 要:二硫化钼因具有催化效率高、稳定性好、层结构易于剥离拆分等优点,成为继石墨烯研究热潮后的又一代表性二维材料。材料的结构影响其性能,因此利用简单的方法制备结构独特和形貌均一的二硫化钼材料成为近年来材料学领域研究的热点之一。二硫化钼材料的制备方法包括物理法和化学法,重点介绍了利用化学法制备各种形貌二硫化钼材料。Molybdenum disulfide(MoS2),as a typical two-dimensional material with advantages including high catalytic efficiency,excellent stability and easy exfoliation,has become a new study following the graphene.The structures could have great effect on their performance,producing MoS2 with novel structures and well-definedmorphologies by simple methods therefore became a hotresearch in the fields of materials science,recently.The synthesis methods of MoS2 included physical method and chemical method.MoS2 with diverse morphologies produced by chemical methodswere mainly introduced.
