摘  要:以柠檬酸为主体浸出剂的湿法浸出工艺可有效实现废铅酸电池铅膏(简称废铅膏)的湿法回收。主要研究了氢氧化钠试剂对废铅膏较难处理的组分硫酸铅在柠檬酸浸出体系的动力学影响。动力学实验表明:在柠檬酸-氢氧化钠体系中,硫酸铅反应速率随浸出温度升高而升高,表观活化能为45 kJ/mol,表明浸出反应受化学反应控制。加入氢氧化钠调控到合适的pH,可有效更新反应过程中柠檬酸铅-硫酸铅的反应界面,以促进反应的进行。The spent lead paste could be recycled based on citric acid method.It mainly investigated the effect of NaOH addition on the kinetic mechanism for the lead sulfate in the citric acid leaching system,which was the difficult part of the deal with.The kinetic investigation illustrate that the desulphurization ratio of lead sulfate increased with the increasing of leaching temperature.The apparent activation energy was measured as 45 kJ/mol,thusly the leaching process was controlled by surface chemical reaction.The reaction procedure of lead sulfate could be accelerated for the structure of lead citrate-lead sulfate could be updated with the addition of NaOH reagents.
