摘　　要：针对西南油气田城市燃气业务中橇装、调压箱、调压柜的生产条件和其在SCADA系统建设中存在的问题,以及国内其他城市燃气公司开展SCADA建设的实际情况,参照西南油气田城市燃气业务SCADA系统建设的总体框架和通信要求,结合橇装、调压箱、调压柜等生产单元数据采集、存储、传输和设备用电需求,对SCADA系统中RTU的硬件配置、软硬件接口、通信传输方式和供电方案进行了论证,开发了集数据采集、通信、供电于一体,且适用于橇装、调压箱、调压柜等生产单元的一体化RTU。这种集成度高、兼容性强的RTU一方面可以降低系统功耗,达到节能的效果,另一方面可以节省项目投资和后期运行维护成本,给企业SCADA系统建设带来可观的经济效益。随着城市燃气业务的快速发展,一体化RTU具有广阔的应用前景。In view of the production conditions of the skid-mounted equipment,voltage regulating box and voltage regulating cabinet of the city gas business in Southwest Oil and Gas Field and the problems in SCADA system construction,as well as the actual situation of SCADA construction carried out by other domestic city gas companies,referring to the overall framework and communication requirements of SCADA system construction in city gas business of Southwest Oil and Gas Field,and combining with the data collection,storage,transmission and power consumption requirements of production units such as skidding,the voltage regulating box and voltage regulating cabinet,the hardware configuration,software and hardware interface,communication transmission mode and power supply scheme of RTU in SCADA system are discussed,and the integrated RTU including data collection,communication and power supply and suitable for production units such as skid-mounting,the voltage regulating box and voltage regulating cabinet is developed.This kind of RTU with high integration and compatibility can reduce system power consumption and achieve energy saving effect on the one hand,on the other hand,it can save project investment and later period operation and maintenance cost,bringing considerable economic benefits to the enterprise in SCADA system construction.With the rapid development of city gas business,the integrated RTU has broad application prospect.
