摘  要:针对姬塬油田王盘山区块管道运行现状,应用瞬变电磁(TEM)法检测技术进行管道完整性评价。通过搜集、检测等方法获取管道基本的设计、运行及维护数据,了解管道运行工况及外部环境的历史及现状。通过瞬变电磁技术对管线进行间接检测,综合管线瞬变电磁检测波形图、管道瞬变电磁检测壁厚图、减薄点曲线与标定曲线对比拟合图,识别和分析管道管体发生腐蚀较严重的位置,对比开挖直接检测方法,论证了TEM检测技术在油田的适用性。In view of the operation status of the pipeline in Wangpanshan Block of Jiyuan Oilfield,the transient electromagnetic method(TEM)is applied to complete the pipeline integrity evaluation.The basic design,operation and maintenance data of the pipeline are obtained through collection,de-tection and other methods to know the operation conditions of the pipeline and the history and current situation of the external environment.The TEM technology is used to indirectly detect the pipeline,and combined with the pipeline transient electromagnetic detection oscillogram,pipeline transient electromagnetic detection wall-thickness figure and the comparison fitting figure of the thinning point curve and the calibration curve,the locations with serious corrosion of the pipeline are identified and analyzed.Compared with the excavation direct detection method,the applicability of the TEM detection technology in the oilfield is demonstrated.
