摘　　要：论文通过对医院后勤保障设施管理的安全文化建设现况分析,总结出影响安全文化建设发展的主要共性问题,结合医院后勤保障设施管理实际工作特点,探索更加高效的改进手段,以满足实际工作需求,进一步保障医疗服务安全。Through analyzing the current situation of safety culture construction in hospital logistics support facilities management,the paper summarizes the main common problems affecting the construction and development of safety culture.And Combined with the the practical work characteristics of hospital logistics support facilities management,the paper explores more efficient means of improvement to meet the needs of the actual work and to further ensure the safety of medical services.
