摘  要:为解决气象灾害领域概念及隐含关系难以发现、语义描述准确度不够的问题,将形式概念分析与本体理论相结合,提出气象灾害形式概念分析模型,开展气象灾害领域知识的发现、表示和应用研究。利用逻辑定标定义谓词逻辑属性,实现多值背景转换,结合形式化语言表达对象间关系,实现气象灾害领域概念内涵和外延在本体知识库下的逻辑表达和智能推理应用。利用该模型给出寒潮气象灾害形式概念分析及应用过程实例。Solving the problem that the relationship between concepts is hard to find implicitly,and semantic description is not accurate in the field of meteorological disasters,the formal concept analysis model of meteorological disasters was proposed.Formal concept analysis was combined with ontology theory,and the knowledge discovery,presentation and application of meteorological disasters were researched.The predicate logic attribute was defined using the logical calibration,many-valued context was converted,the relationship between objects was expressed with formal language expression object,and the logical expression and intelligent reasoning of meteorological disasters concept connotation and denotation based on ontology knowledge were established.A case of analysis and application process example of cold wave meteorological disaster was given.
