摘　　要：某变速箱圆锥滚子轴承安装过程中出现小端挡边断裂的情况。通过对故障轴承的检测分析,结合轴承安装过程出现的异常情况,确定小端挡边断裂的原因是由于不正确的安装方法造成的。Small end rib fracture occurred in the installation process of tapered roller bearing of a gearbox.Based on the detection and analysis of the faulty bearing and the abnormal situation in the installation process of the bearing,the cause of small end rib fracture was determined to be caused by incorrect installation method.
