浅谈美棉特性及其纺纱质量控制

摘　　要：探讨美棉的特性以及采用美棉纺纱的质量控制措施。针对美棉性能差异较大造成纺纱质量不稳定的问题,从工艺和管理着手,通过优化梳棉机各部速度和隔距、精梳机顶梳刺入深度以及加强各工序精细化管理,最终生产出高品质精梳纱。认为:纺纱生产是一个连续的系统,加强配棉管理和各工序工艺配合,做好细节控制,减少生产过程中的异常纱疵,有利于稳定纺纱质量,提升产品品质。Property and quality control measures of using American cotton spinning yarn were discussed.In view of unstable spinning quality caused by differences in properties of American cotton,starting from process and management,by optimizing the speed and gauge in each part of carding machine,combing depth of top comb and strengthening refined management in each process,higher quality combed yarn was finally produced.It is considered that spinning production is a continuous system.Strengthening management of cotton assorting and each processes matching,better detail control and reducing abnormal yarn defect in production process,which are helpful to stabilize spinning quality and improve product quality.
