摘　　要：探讨喷气涡流纺纱梳理针布的选配原理。介绍了喷气涡流纺梳理的特点,结合喷气涡流纺纱工艺要求,对梳棉针布配置原理进行了探析。通过实践,选配合理角度、密度、齿距的锡林、盖板、道夫、刺辊等梳理针布,实现了纤维梳理充分、转移适度、损伤少、整齐度高、减少弯钩和棉结的目标,明显提升了喷气涡流纺纱质量和生产效率,实现梳理效果的高质高效。认为:合理梳理针布选配,有助于提高喷气涡流纺纱质量和效率。Selection principle of air-jet vortex spinning card clothing was discussed.Characteristics of air-jet vortex spinning carding were introduced.Combined with requirements of air-jet vortex spinning process,principle mechanism of card clothing configuration was analyzed.Through practice,reasonable angle,density,pitch of cylinder,flat,doffer,licker-in and other card clothing were selected.The goal of sufficient fiber carding,moderate transfer,less injury,high uniformity,less hooks and neps were achieved.Quality and production efficiency of air-jet vortex spinning were obviously improved.Carding effect was higher quality and higher efficiency.It is considered that reasonable selection of card clothing is helpful to improve quality and efficiency of air-jet vortex spinning.
