摘　　要：探讨生物质石墨烯改性粘胶/莫代尔/腈纶40/30/30 11.8tex赛络集聚纱的生产工艺与质量管理控制措施。从原料选配、工艺参数配置、纺纱器材使用、设备运行状态、运转操作及质量管理控制等方面,针对石墨烯改性粘胶纤维的特性,结合色纺生产管理办法,加强车间管理,做好严密的隔离防护工作,预防布面黑星、色差、横档等疵点,从而顺利纺制出生物质石墨烯改性粘胶混纺纱。认为:生物质石墨烯改性粘胶纤维混纺制品可广泛用于医药用品、运动服饰、羽绒服、披肩等高档纺织品。Production process and quality management control measures of biomass graphene modified viscose/Modal/acrylic 40/30/30 11.8 tex siro condensed yarn were discussed.From aspects of raw material selection,process parameter configuration,spinning equipment use,equipment operation status,operation and quality management,in view of graphene modified viscose fiber characteristics,combing with color spinning production management methods,workshop management was strengthened,making rigorous isolation and preventing black spots were done to prevent cloth surface defect.Biomass graphene modified viscose blended yarn was sucessfuly spun.It is considered that biomass graphene modified viscose fiber blended products can be widely used in high-grade textiles such as medical supplies,sportswear,down garment and shawl.
