摘  要:探讨石墨烯负载棉织物的防静电效果。先用改进的Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯,然后采用直接浸渍法得到氧化石墨烯处理织物,再用柠檬酸钠还原。以织物的电荷面密度为指标,对氧化石墨烯的还原工艺进行了优化。试验结果表明:较理想的处理工艺为氧化石墨烯0.4g,柠檬酸钠3.5g,还原温度100℃,还原时间3.5h;工艺优化最终得到的石墨烯负载棉织物的电荷面密度为0.028μC/m2,并且具有较好的耐水洗性能。认为:石墨烯负载棉织物具有良好的防静电性能。The anti-static effect of graphene loaded cotton fabric was discussed.Firstly,oxidized graphene was prepared with advanced Hummers method.Then,direct impregnation method was adapted to obtain oxidized graphene treated fabric.After that,sodium citrate was used for reduction.Charge surface density of the fabric was taken as the index to optimize the process of oxidized graphene reduction.The experimental results showed that the ideal treatment process was 0.4 g oxidized graphene,3.5 g sodium citrate,100 ℃ reduction temperature and 3.5 h reduction time.After process optimization,the charge surface density of graphene loaded cotton fabric was 0.028 μC/m 2.Moreover,the fabric had better washable property.It is considered that the graphene loaded cotton fabric has better anti-static property.
