摘 要:总结改善牛仔用纱强力的技术措施。针对不同纱线品种,围绕提高成纱强力、减少强力弱环、降低整经百根万米断头等,采取了一系列技术措施;分别讨论了捻接强力低、纱线整体强力低、百万米切疵高、硬物损伤纱线等因素对牛仔布面风格的影响。最终使各产品的整经百根万米断头数达到了用户要求。认为:减少牛仔纱整经断头有助于保证其织物风格。Technology measures to improve the strength of denim yarn were summarized.A series of technology measures were adopted for different yarn types,such as improving yarn strength,reducing strength weak-link and reducing warping breakages.Influence factors of denim fabric style were discussed.These influence factors including lower splice strength,lower yarn strength,higher warping breakages and hard object injury on yarn.In the end,warping breakages of each product were reached the user's requirements.It is considered that reducing the denim yarn breakage is helpful to ensure the fabric style.
