摘  要:目的设计一台便携式的生物阻抗相位角测量系统,用于分析人体各身体成分及营养状况。方法为提高测量仪精度和数据分析能力,采用八电极分段阻抗测量方法,通过计算即可得到身体分段的阻抗。采用TI公司生产的AFE4300高集成度前端方案,以为提高便携性和测量精度。该测量仪主要分为6个部分,分别是AEF4300芯片集成前端、STM32单片机电路、有机发光二极管(organic lightemitting diode,OLED)显示器、电池及电源电路、USB数据传输电路及Flash数据存储器。其中,AFE4300集成前端实现电极的驱动与测量、ADC转换和IQ解调等功能; STM32单片机用于控制整个测量仪;OLED显示器进行数据显示;电池及电源电路通过低压差线性稳压器(low dropout regulator,LDO)技术实现并采用锂电池供电; USB数据传输电路实现数据的上传和锂电池的充电功能; Flash数据存储器用于存储测量数据和校准数据。结果通过对人体阻抗RC三元件模型的测量验证,该测量仪在阻抗模测量和相位角测量方面的误差分别低于2%和4%。通过对志愿者实测,测量时间约为30 s,符合相关文献数据。结论该测量仪的精度和测量速率都可以满足实用化要求,具有一定的市场价值。Objective To design a portable bio-impedance phase angle measurement system for the analysis of human body composition and nutritional status.Methods In order to improve the measurement accuracy and data analysis ability,the measuring instrument uses the eight-electrode segment impedance measurement method,through the calculation can get the impedance of body segment.To improve the portability and measurement accuracy,TI's AFE4300 highly integrated front-end program is used.The measuring instrument is divided into six parts,they are AEF4300 chip integrated front end,STM32 microcontroller circuit,OLED(organic light-emitting diode)display,battery and power supply circuit,USB data transmission circuit and flash data memory.Among them,AFE4300 integrated front-end is uesd to achieve the electrode drive and measurement,ADC conversion and IQ demodulation and other functions.STM32 MCU is used to control the whole measuring instrument,OLED is used to display the data,battery and power circuit supplied by lithium battery works according to the principle of LDO,USB data transmission circuit is used to achieve data upload and lithium battery charging function;flash data memory is used to store measurement data and calibration data.Results Through the measurement of the RC three component model of human body impedance,the error of the measuring instrument in impedance mode measurement and phase angle measurement is less than 2%and 4%respectively.Through the measurement of volunteers,the measurement time is about 30 seconds,basically consistent with the relevant literature data.Conclusions The above test proved that the accuracy of the measuring instrument and measurement rate can meet the practical requirements,so it has a certain market value.
