摘　　要：通过分析宁东能源化工基地在绿色矿业发展示范区建设方面的优势与劣势,结合国家有关加快建设绿色矿山等政策实施,提出该基地加快绿色矿业发展示范区建设的几点建议:(1)规划先行,协调有关部门共同行动,优化全区矿业布局;(2)优化升级产业结构,增强区域发展支撑能力;(3)科学评价与考核,提升区内企业生产经营水平;(4)多措筹资共治,全面提升区域生态水平;(5)明晰矿企责任与义务,共建和谐大社区;(6)创新管理,结合本区经济社会发展实际,构建绿色行动新机制。Through analyzing the strengths and weaknesses in the construction of Green Mines and Green Mining Development Demonstration Areas of Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry,combining with national policies on accelerating the construction of Green Mines,we put forward some suggestions for the base.Suggestions are as follows:(1)According to the plan,the mining industry layout of the whole district is optimized by coordinating the joint action of relevant departments.(2)Optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure and enhancing the supporting ability of regional development(3)Scientific evaluation and assessment,and improvement the production and operation level of enterprises in the district(4)Multiple measures for financing and co-governance and comprehensively enhancing regional ecological level(5)Clarifying responsibilities and obligations of mining enterprises and building a harmonious community(6)Innovative management according to the economic and social development of the region,and building a new mechanism for the Green Movement.
