摘　　要：通过问卷和典型访谈方式对苏州和常州的集体经营性建设用地流转农户满意度进行了调查,并采用多水平Logistic模型剖析其影响因素。研究显示:(1)农户满意度仅为68.09%,且常州地区低于苏州地区;(2)不同村农户满意度差异显著,该差异的83.03%由村级因素所致;(3)农户因素中最大收益获得者、流转价格、收益分配合理性、资金管理规范程度、流转流程了解程度及文化程度对满意度具有正向作用;(4)村级因素中流转类型对各村满意度均值具有正向作用,而到最近城镇的距离会弱化资金管理规范程度对满意度的正向影响。政策启示:应从提升农民文化水平及就业能力,加大宣传流转知识与流程,增强流转工作透明性,建立价格更新机制,规范资金管理,探索公平的收益分配机制与流转类型及加大政府对集体经济组织监管力度等方面推进改革。Through questionnaire and typical interview methods,the satisfaction degree of rural households in the circulation of collective-owned construction land in Suzhou and Changzhou was investigated.Multilevel Logistic Model was used to analyze the influencing factors,and the research showed that:(1)Rural households'satisfaction was only 68.09%,and Changzhou was lower than Suzhou.(2)There was a significant difference in rural households'satisfaction among different villages,83.03%of which was caused by village level factors.(3)The biggest gainers,the circulation price,the rationality of the income distribution,the fund management,the understanding of the circulation process and the degree of education had positive effects on the satisfaction in the rural households'factors.(4)The circulation type in the village factor had a positive effect on the average satisfaction of each village,and the distance to the nearest town would weaken the positive influence of the fund management on the satisfaction.Policy suggestions:improving rural households'degree of education and employment ability,strengthening the publicity of circulation knowledge and process,enhancing the circulation transparency,establishing the price update mechanism,standardizing management of the funds,exploring the of fair income distribution mechanism and increasing government oversight of collective economic organizations were the ways of promoting reform.
