摘　　要：建立中药复方保健品中红景天苷的含量测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为Welchrom C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%甲酸溶液(24∶76)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min;检测波长为275 nm。结果表明,红景天苷在10.08～504μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,R2=0.9994,平均回收率为97.7%(RSD=1.2%)。本方法操作简便,准确可靠,可用于中药复方保健品中红景天苷的含量测定。To establish a methods for determination content of salidroside in Chinese medicinal compound health product.The determination was performed by high performance liquid chromatography on a Welchrom C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm).The mobile phase was composed of methanol-water containing 0.1%formic acid(24∶76).The flow rate was set at 1.0 ml/min and UV absorbance was detected at 275 nm.The calibration curves of salidroside were in the range of 10.08~504μg/mL with good linearity(R^2=0.9994).The average recovery was 97.7%(RSD=1.2%).The method is a simple,feasible,and accurate approach for the determination of salidroside in Chinese medicinal compound health product.
