摘 要:【目的】为探讨施用不同微生物菌剂对新疆灰枣中cAMP含量的影响。【方法】以新疆灰枣中cAMP(环磷酸腺苷)为研究对象,选择9种微生物菌剂进行大田试验,果实成熟期,采集灰枣枣果和土壤样品,进行枣果中cAMP含量以及土壤理化指标测定,运用相关性分析和多元回归统计分析等方法对数据进行分析。【结果】相对于空白,无论是单一功能微生物菌剂还是复合微生物菌剂,都会影响灰枣中cAMP含量的提高;灰枣中cAMP的含量与土壤养分因子之间表现不一样的相关性,进行多元线性回归分析发现,只有部分微生物菌剂处理条件下,灰枣中cAMP的含量与土壤养分之间表现一定的相关性。【结论】施用微生物菌剂可以有效提高灰枣中cAMP的含量,就不同微生物菌剂来说,P18(1)处理下灰枣中cAMP含量最高,其次为N22P8P18K7(7),然后以此为N22(9)、P13(3)、P15P8K7(5)、P13P4K3(6)、P15(2)、K7(8)、P7(4)。【Objective】The study aimed to investigate the effects of different microbial agents on the content of cAMP in Xinjiang jujube.【Method】Taking cAMP(cyclic adenosine monophosphate)from Xinjiang ash jujube as the research object,9 kinds of microbial agents were selected for field experiment.During fruit ripening period,jujube fruit and soil samples were collected for cAMP content and soil in jujube fruit.The physical and chemical indicators were measured,and the data were analyzed by correlation analysis and multiple regression statistical analysis.【Result】Relative to the blank,whether it was a single-function microbial agent or a composite microbial agent,it would affect the increase of cAMP content in the gray jujube;the correlation between the cAMP content and the soil nutrient factor in the gray jujube would be different.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was a certain correlation between cAMP content in gray jujube and soil nutrient under the condition of some microbial agents.【Conclusion】The application of microbial agents can effectively increase the content of cAMP in ash jujube.For different microbial agents,the content of cAMP in ash jujube treated with P18(1)is the highest,followed by N22P8P18K7(7),and then N22(9),P13(3),P15P8K7(5),P13P4K3(6),P15(2),K7(8),P7(4).
