摘 要:用镁矿石代替石灰石为粗骨料,研究了不同高效减水剂掺和量、骨料、水胶比、砂率等对混凝土抗压强度的影响。通过多次试验调整得到一种镁质高强混凝土新型配合比。对镁质混凝土试块进行抗压强度测试,对受压试块单元体进行应力分析。结果表明,镁质混凝土试块与普通混凝土试块的破坏形式相同,且强度相差不大,均能达到C60高强混凝土强度等级要求。Effects of factors such as superplasticizer addition amount,aggregate type,water-binder ratio and sand ratio,etc.,on the compressive strength of concrete were studied by using magnesium ore replacing limestone as coarse aggregates.Through performing experiments,a new mix ratio for making magnesia high strength concrete was obtained by adjusting the mix ratio.Tests on the compressive strength of the magnesia concrete sample blocks were conducted,and analyses on their stress were carried out.The experimental results show that the damage form of the magnesia concrete is the same as that of the ordinary concrete exhibiting little difference in strength,which can meet the requirement for the strength grade of C60 high strength concrete.
