摘　　要：空心复合绝缘子是开关设备的核心零部件,其运行的稳定性直接关系到高压开关的安全运行,对电网的安全运行至关重要。本文主要分析550kV空心复合绝缘子注射对接工艺存在的问题,并提出改进措施,以期为高电压等级产品生产提供指导。Hollow composite insulators are the core components of switchgear. The stability of their operation is di. rectly related to the safe operation of high-voltage switches, which is very important to the safe operation of power grid. This paper mainly analysed the problems existing in the injection butting process of 550kV hollow composite in. sulators, and put forward the improvement measures, in order to provide guidance for the production of high voltage products.
